The 2020–21 Scottish League Two will be the eighth season of Scottish League Two, the fourth tier of Scottish football.

Ten teams will contest the league: Albion Rovers, Annan Athletic, Brechin City, Cowdenbeath, Edinburgh City, Elgin City, Queen's Park, Stenhousemuir, Stirling Albion and Stranraer.
