The season 2019–20 will be Veria's 59th year in existence as a football club. On July 20, 2019 the club's board announced the foundation of the new S.A. of Veria under the new name PAE Veria NFC 2019 making the club eligible to practice in the professional divisions of Greek Football. In season 2019–20 Veria will compete in the following competitions Football League and Greek Cup since the club won promotion last season. The season covers the period from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020.

Events

20 July: Veria announces the foundation of thew new S.A. Veria under the name PAE Veria NFC 2019 which made the club eligible to compete in the professional leagues of the Greek football.[1]
20 July: Veria board announced due to FIFA's constitution and the new football law forced by Hellenic Football Federation the club had to change colors and emblem adopting black, white, gray and gold as the new club's colors.[2]
27 July: Veria announced the new board of directors. Christos Bikas was appointed as club's chairman.[3]
18 November: Veria sacked Theodosiadis.[4]
26 November: Veria appointed Kostas Georgiadis as the new club manager.[5]
