2004 Football League Third Division play-off Final

The 2004 Football League Third Division play-off Final was a football match played at Millennium Stadium on 31 May 2004, at the end of the 2003–04 season. It was the eighteenth play-off final to be played at the fourth level of English football. The match determined the fourth and final team to gain promotion from the Third Division to the Second Division, and was contested by Huddersfield Town, who had finished fourth during the league season, and Mansfield Town, who had finished fifth. The teams reached the final by defeating Lincoln City and Northampton Town respectively in the two-legged semi-finals.
