Phil Senior

Phillip Anthony Senior (born 30 October 1982 in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire) is an PE teacher who was formerly a professional football player footballer who played as a goalkeeper.

Career

Senior made his first impact on the football scene at the age of 16 when Huddersfield manager Peter Jackson named him on the Town bench for a FA Cup tie against Wrexham in 1999.[1]

Just after Town lost in the Football League One play-offs to [[Barnsley F.C.|Senior then signed for [[Northwich Victoria F.C.|Northwich Victoria). He has since signed for F.C. Halifax Town where he was involved in a number of season winning teams with the likes of Jamie Vardy and Lee Gregory

Post playing career

On 4 July 2015, Senior retired from football to pursue a full-time career in teaching>
