1995 East Texas State Lions football team

The 1995 East Texas State Lions football team represented East Texas State University in the 1995 NCAA Division II football season. They were led by head coach Eddie Vowell, who was in his tenth season at East Texas State. The Lions played their home games at Memorial Stadium and were members of the Lone Star Conference. The Lions finished second the Lone Star Conference and qualified for the NCAA Division II Football Championships for the third time in give seasons. This was the final year the Lions represented East Texas State, as the school would join the Texas A&M University system and change its name to Texas A&M University–Commerce in 1996.
