Štěpánov nad Svratkou, until 1951 Štěpánov (German: Stiepanau) is a market town and municipality (obec) in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

Štěpánov nad Svratkou lies approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) east of Žďár nad Sázavou, 56 km (35 mi) east of Jihlava, and 153 km (95 mi) south-east of Prague.
