Zohrab Mnatsakanyan (Armenian: Զոհրաբ Հրաչիկի Մնացականյան, born 20 March 1966, Yerevan, Armenia) is an Armenian diplomat and is the current Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.[1][2] Mnatsakanyan previously served as Armenia's permanent representative to the United Nations.[3]
