Zlatko Krmpotić (Serbian Cyrillic: Злaткo Kpмпoтић; born 7 August 1958 in Belgrade) is a Serbian football manager and former defender. He is currently the manager of Zambian Premier League club ZESCO United F.C..

On the national level he played for Yugoslavia national team (8 matches), and was a participant at the 1982 FIFA World Cup. For a while, he was the head coach of Serbia national under-19 football team. Currently, he works in the Red Star Belgrade youth system.
