Zawady Ełckie [zaˈvadɨ ˈɛu̯t͡skʲɛ] (German: Sawadden, 1938-45: Auglitten)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Stare Juchy, within Ełk County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) east of Stare Juchy, 16 km (10 mi) north-west of Ełk, and 117 km (73 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
The village has a population of 110.
