Yogesh Bhattarai (Nepali: योगेश भट्टराई) is the Secretary of Communist Party of Nepal (UML).[1] He also serves as Head of Publicity Department of CPN UML.[2] He was elected president of ANNSFU in 1995. He contested in Nepalese Constituent Assembly election, 2013 from Kathmandu district constituency Number 6.[3] On April 2015, Bhattarai gave highly criticised UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal.[4] On February 2017, he urged Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal to step down due to failure conduct local elections.[5]
Family
He was born on 6 September 1966 A.D. at Sangu, Taplejung district to father Bhim Lal Bhattarai and mother Mahendra Devi Bhattarai.[3] He was married to Binda Ghimire.[6]
