Once he takes up the case of M.P.Narasimham's (Tanikella Bharani) son Srinath (Srihari) who has molested & murdered their servant. Sivaji makes the case up & down and cleverly throws the crime on driver Babji (Naveen). After that, Sivaji sees a beautiful girl Sirisha (Sakshi Shivanand) and falls in love at first sight. In her acquaintance, he turns into a good person and leaves all his bad habits. During the time of their engagement Ramulamma (Alapati Lakshmi) Babji's mother who is working as a servant in Sirisha's house for a long time curses that the marriage will break down. Now Sivaji decides to prove Babji's innocence, so, he reopens the case. Knowing this M.P.Narasimham & Srinath kill Sivaji and he reaches hell. At the same time, there is a crowing ceremony of new Yama Dharma Raja (Rajendra Prasad) in Yamalokam. New Yama is an innocent guy whom Sivaji praises him a lot, does a lot of manipulations in hell and he comes to know that his lifespan is 11 days more. Yama sends him back to earth along with a beautiful girl Puthana (Sadhika) to maintain secrecy. Sivaji takes up the case while he is about to win, villains, reattack on him, during that time Chintu loses her eyesight. Seeing this Ramulamma commits suicide and tells doctors to transplant her eyes to Chintu. Parallelly, the marriage arrangements of Sivaji & Sirisha are in progress at Tirumala. Sivaji decides to stop it because he is going to die in a few days. So, he asks his ex-girlfriend Swarna (Chandini) to move close with him so that Sirisha misunderstands him and cancels the marriage. Listening to this Puthana also decides to help him. Yama notices the closeness of Sivaji & Puthana, hence, he himself comes to earth to carry Sivaji's life. By slip of tongue, Yama reveals the Sivaji's life secret that according to Sirisha's horoscope her spouse will have a long life. Now Sivaji moves towards Tirumula along with Chintu and Yama follows him. On the way M.P.Narasimham & Srinath attack him, Sivaji sees their end, reaches Tirumala and ties the wedding chain (Mangalasturam) to Sirisha before Yama's whip (Yama Pasam) reaches him. Finally, the movie ends on a happy note by Lord Venkateswara (N.T.Rama Rao) and Yama Dharma Raja blessing the newly wedded couple.
