Xiangtan University (XTU; simplified Chinese: 湘潭大学; traditional Chinese: 湘潭大學; pinyin: Xiāngtán Dàxué), is a university located in Xiangtan, Hunan province, China. It was founded in 1958 and is organized into 22 schools and departments.
