The Wyoming gubernatorial election of 1994 took place on November 8, 1994. Incumbent Democrat Mike Sullivan was term-limited and could not run for a third term as Governor of Wyoming. State Senator Jim Geringer defeated Democratic Secretary of State Kathy Karpan, who ran unopposed in the Democratic primary.
