Wuwei County (simplified Chinese: 无为县; traditional Chinese: 無為縣; pinyin: Wúwéi Xiàn) is a county in the southeast of Anhui Province, China, under the jurisdiction of the prefecture-level city of Wuhu. It has population of 1,400,000 and an area of 2,413 square kilometres (932 sq mi).[1] The government of Wuwei County is located in Wucheng Town.
