Williams Fresh Cafe is an upper-class fast food restaurant chain in Ontario, Canada. There are currently 22 locations, all of which are within Ontario.

The chain was founded as Williams Coffee Pub in Stratford, Ontario in 1993 by Bill Giannakopoulos and George Giannakopoulos. The restaurant was named for William Shakespeare, as Stratford is home of the annual Stratford Shakespeare Festival.[1]

In 2016, Williams Fresh Café was acquired by the Druxerman family, owners of the popular DRUXY’S Famous Deli chain of quick service, traditional Jewish style deli restaurants. Since 1976, DRUXY'S has championed its traditional Deli roots while continuing to offer customers fresh, nutritious food backed by warm and caring service. DRUXY'S is proud to welcome the Williams team into the family. Currently, the headquarters for Williams Fresh Cafe is located in Gormley, Ontario.
