Westfort Hospital
The Westfort Hospital was incepted in 1989. Equipped with all ultra- modern facilities due to technological leap opening new vistas in health zone, and imparting the service of excellent and dedicated Doctors and other Staff, it became a premier 250 bedded hospital today. It was the first private hospital in Thrissur to establish a Trauma Unit with Neurology and Neuro Surgical facilities, a Spiral C.T. Scan Unit, a full fledged Nephrology Unit, a Nuclear Medicine Department and a Bone Densitometer in Orthopaedics. Its reputation is scaling high in Renal Transplant. The strategic location of the Hospital is an added attraction, ie., just one km. from Thrissur and Punkunnam railway stations, K.S.R.T.C and private bus stand.
