History

Watches of Switzerland was founded in 1924.[3]

It was a subsidiary of Signet Jewelers when Gerald Ratner was CEO.

The retailer Theo Paphitis worked at the age of 18 as a sales assistant at the Bond Street Watches of Switzerland store in London.[4]
