Walter Parfrey (29 April 1882 - 1918) was an Irish hurler who played as a goalkeeper for the Cork senior team.

Parfrey made his first appearance for the team during the 1902 championship and was a regular member of the starting fifteen in various positions until the end of the 1908 championship. During that time he won a set of All-Ireland and Munster winners' medals.[1]

At club level Parfrey was a multiple county championship medalist with Blackrock.
