WHIZ is the fictional radio station that appears in various Captain Marvel stories published by Fawcett Comics and DC Comics, the current publishers/owners of the Fawcett characters.
WHIZ, named after Captain Marvel's original magazine of publication, Whiz Comics, is located in fictional Fawcett City, and is managed by Billy's boss, Sterling Morris.
Fictional history
WHIZ Radio is a radio city in Fawcett City. Captain Marvel's alter-ego Billy Batson works there as its youngest correspondent.[1]

- WHIZ is featured in the Batman: The Brave and the Bold episode "The Powers of Shazam." Its reporter Tom Tyler (voiced by Roger Rose) was broadcasting the news of Doctor Sivana's attack on Fawcett City.
