The station is currently owned by iHeartMedia and features programming from Premiere Radio Networks.[2]

About WFSY/Sunny 98.5

Sunny 98.5/WFSY is a 100,000 watt adult contemporary music heritage station that's been around since the late 1980s. Its powerful signal can be heard as far west as Fort Walton, as far north as Troy, Alabama, and even in the state of Georgia. The family friendly "Logan and Kathy" morning show air weekday mornings.

After Logan and Kathy were off the air, Murphy,Sam,and Jodi were replaced on the air broadcasting between 5 A.M till 12 P.M

HD Radio

Due to Radio Locator showings, it was shown that WFSY was broadcasting in HD Radio and in Analog Radio due to some showings on the Radio Locator website. Since in 2018, there was showing said "Transmitts In Digital"". Since then, WFSY began broadcasting HD Radio in 2018.
