Vladyslav Victorovych Bukhariev (Ukrainian:Бухарєв Владислав Вікторович; Russian: Бухарев Владислав Викторович) (born 14 March 1969) is a Ukrainian politician. He is a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada who was elected to the parliament in the 8th elections.[1] His military rank reached lieutenant general.
Early life
Bukhariev was born in Lebedyn, Sumy Region. In 1992 he graduated from Kyiv high military engineering signal school (qualification – communications engineer). National Academy Security Service of Ukraine, 1994. Sumy State University (qvalification - "Law"), 2018
Career
- September 1986 – August 1987 – a student of Odessa's Popov Communication Electric Institute;
- August 1987 – June 1992 – a cadet of Kyiv High Military Communication Engineering College, service in the army.
- June 1992 – December 2007 – service in the Security Service, leading and managerial posts.
- December 2007 – March 2010 – first deputy assistant secretary of the Chairman of the State Internal Revenue Service – the leader of the Tax Police.
- March 2010 – March 2014 – a pensioner of Internal Revenue Service
- March 2014 – July 2014 – first deputy of the Chairman of the State Internal Revenue Service – Chief of the Main Department on the fight against corruption and organized crime.[2]
- July 2014 – October 2014 – a special orders officer on the chairman's Internal Revenue Service.
- Since November 2014 – deputy of the Verkhovna Rada. Elected in single member electoral district. Originally nonpartisan, he joined "Batkivschyna" faction.[3]
- Member of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada on the questions of legislative maintenance of law protection activity. The Chairman of the sub-committee on the questions of the fight against organized crime on questions of legislative maintenance of law protection activity.
