Vinod Narayan Jha is an Indian politician and currently Cabinet Minister of P. H. E. D. Department, Government of Bihar.
He is a former MLA of the Bihar Legislative Assembly from Benipatti and Pandaul constituency, District Madhubani, Bihar. He is Former Vice-president and Chief Spokesperson in Bihar state BJP. He is a senior leader in the Bhartiya Janta Party. On 3 June 2016 he was elected unopposed to the Bihar Legislative Council. He is a member of Bharatiya Janata Party.
