Vijay Nagar is a major residential, industrial and commercial area in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. Developed by the Ghaziabad Development Authority, the suburb is uniquely located at the juncture of Noida, Greater Noida, Crossings Republik, Pratap Vihar and Indirapuram. The area is distinctly marked with educational institutes, industrial area, Ghaziabad Junction railway station, Merrut Expressway, NH-24 and Vishwakarma Road. Lately the area has witnessed rampant growth in infrastruture and civic developments. The area is closely linked with adjoining Pratap Vihar area having branded commercial shops, residential area, upcoming real estate projects, and Santosh Medical & Dental College under the Santosh University.

The residential and commercial area is divided into two regions Old Vijay Nagar and New Vijay Nagar. The other localities in the area are divided into a number of sectors and blocks prominent amongst them are Sector-9 which has several blocks ranging from A to J, Sector-12, other areas include Shivpuri, Ambedkar Nagar, Sarvodaya Nagar, UPSIDC Industrial Area, Ispat Nagar. The area lies on NH24 and the upcoming Delhi–Meerut Expressway that lies in its second part between UP Gate to Dasna with a length of about 19 km for which work is scheduled to be completed by 2020.[1] 8 Km stretch from UP Gate to Vijay Nagar of Delhi-Merrut Expressway will open to traffic by March 2019 [2]

You can also book an exclusive ride either from the NH-24 highway (opposite 1-India Family Mart) or near the Vijay Nagar Police Station or "Thana" or directly from the Vijay Nagar side of the Ghaziabad Junction railway station to any of the near-by or Delhi NCR locations in Noida, Greater Noida, Indirapuram, Crossings Republik etc.
