After sometime Raghu leaves to the city to meet his friend Sanjeevi (Relangi), where he rescues Vallabharayudu from Narasimha. At that time Vallabharayudu promises to give Raghu Rs.50,000 whenever he wants. After that, Raghu goes to his another friend Giri's (Peketi Sivaram) marriage where he meets a beautiful girl Shanta (Anjali Devi) and they fell in love. Fortunately, Shanta's father Venkataramayya (Gummadi) is none other than Narasimha's own brother-in-law. Venkataramaiah is a contractor, impressed by Raghu's character appoints him as his secretary.
Meanwhile, Sanjeevi falls in love with Swarajyam and marries her. Raghu’s father Chittibabu makes Seeta's marriage arrangements with an old rich man none other than Vallabharayudu for the sake of money. Raghu tries to stop this but could not, instead was blamed by Seeta. Time passes, Vallabharayudu's long wish gets fulfilled as Seeta gives birth to a baby boy, but unfortunately, Vallabharayudu dies within few days of child's birth keeping the entire property on his heir. Narasimha makes a plot and separates everyone from Seeta by showcasing them in a negative shade and takes the authority into his control. At the same time, Venkataramayya is bankrupted where Raghu remembers word given by Vallabharayudu. So he reaches his house where he is insulted by Seeta simultaneously gets the blame from Shanta. Narasimha takes the advantage of the situation, gets good remarks from Venkataramayya by helping him because he has an eye on Shanta. On the other side he orders his henchmen to kill the child but accidentally child comes into Raghu's hand and he takes care of him without knowing his identity. Knowing this Shanta suspects him. Afterwards, she understands him and also comes to know about the plot of Narasimha, takes away the child from Raghu's house. Both Raghu & Narashima are in search of the child.
