Notes

  1. The second team of FC Dynamo Kyiv cannot be promoted as the club already has a representation in the Vyscha Liha.
  2. FC Torpedo Zaporizhia filed for bankruptcy at the end of the season and therefore could not be promoted.
  3. FC Cherkasy was offered to play a play-off game with the second worst team of Vyscha Liha, FC Prykarpattia Ivano-Frankivsk, because of Torpedo's bankruptcy and placing only the fourth place.
