Ubhauli (उभौली) is festival of Kirat Sunuwar, Rai, Limbu, Yakha community of Nepal celebrated every year marking the migration phase upwards to hilly regions when the summer season arrives. The migration from hills downwards to low altitude is called Ubhauli (Downwards) which is also an annual festival of the community. Sakela is the dance performed during the festival.[1][2][3]
