Torn Banner Studios Inc. is a Canadian video game developer based in Toronto, Ontario, founded in 2010 by Steve Piggott of Team Chivalry, the team behind Age of Chivalry, a 2007-released Half-Life 2 mod.[1]

The studio's first game was Chivalry: Medieval Warfare, released independently on 16 October 2012.[2] The game was met with favorable reception, and received the 2012 "Indie of the Year" award from Indie DB.[3] On 26 July 2016, Sega released Torn Banner Studios' NeverMine as part of their Help: The Game charity game compilation designated to War Child.[4] A successor to the game, Mirage: Arcane Warfare, was announced on 2 March 2016 and released on 23 May 2017.[5]
