Thomas Guthrie Marshall (born 5 July 1990) is a New Zealand rugby union player who plays as a Midfield Back, Fullback and on the Wing, for Gloucester in England's Aviva Premiership.

Formerly he played for the Chiefs in Super Rugby[2] and Tasman Makos in the ITM Cup, before in December 2014 moving to England for the 2015-16 season,[3]

Marshall was educated at Nelson College from 2004 to 2008.[4]
