Time for Biden is a United States political action committee (PAC) formed to draft Joe Biden for the 2020 U.S. presidential election.[1]
The PAC was created in January 2018 by Matthew Graf of Rock Island, Illinois and Collin West of East Moline, Illinois.[2] It seeks former Vice President Joe Biden's entry into the Democratic Party presidential primaries, 2020, but is not affiliated with or sponsored by Biden himself.[3]
Should Biden announce a run, the founders of the committee said resources would be merged with the campaign.[4]
The organization was criticized by some, who felt it was created too early and that Democratic effort should be spent on the 2018 midterm elections,[5] though President Trump began his re-election campaign around the same time.
