EDM Sauce described This Time as Kayzo's "most intense, dynamic release to date", further stating "It has a dangerous energy that will make you want to let loose all control".[3] Greg Sills of Your EDM stated "Showcasing Kayzo’s driving hardstyle rhythms and screeches in a way that has yet to be seen from one of the fastest rising producers in the game".[4]
