The Upstairs Downstairs Bears is a British/Danish/Scottish/Canadian animated children's television series created by Carol Lawson. The series was based on the ITV drama Upstairs, Downstairs.[2] It debuted on Teletoon in Canada on September 3, 2001.[3]
