The Art Institute of Washington, a nonprofit institution owned and operated by Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC, is not currently enrolling students.[3]
The Art Institute of Washington opened in January 2000 in The Ames Center at 1820 North Fort Myer Drive in Arlington, Virginia in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area . The school is a branch of The Art Institute of Atlanta and is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) .
Culinary program
The culinary program at the International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Washington has received notoriety from several local media outlets, including The Washington Post,[4] The Washington Times,[5] and WRC-TV, NBC’s Washington, D.C. affiliate.[6][7] The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Washington offers three culinary-related degree programs and three culinary-related diploma programs.
