Tharki is a village development committee in Rupandehi District in the Lumbini Zone of southern Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 3588 people living in 561 individual households. [1]
Tharki is also a derogatory term used to describe a pervert or a man with Abysmal sexual desires[2].
