Texas State Highway Loop 84 is a 0.704 mile stretch of highway located in Gruver, Texas. The highway connects Texas State Highway 15 and Texas State Highway 136.
History
The route was designated as Spur 84 from Texas State Highway 282 to Gruver. On May 18, 1944, a loop connection was made through Gruver. On September 26, 1945, the original portion became part of Farm to Market Road 289 (now SH 15) and the remainder became Loop 84. On September 14, 1951, 0.3 miles were transferred to Farm to Market Road 278 (this section now SH 136)
