Tatsuma Yoshida (吉田 達磨 Yoshida Tatsuma, born June 9, 1974) is a former Japanese football player and manager.
Playing career
Yoshida was born in Chiba Prefecture on June 9, 1974.[1] After graduating from high school, he joined his local club Kashiwa Reysol in 1993. However he could hardly play in the match. In 1997, he moved to Kyoto Purple Sanga. However he could hardly play in the match. In 1999, he moved to newly was promoted to J2 League club, Montedio Yamagata. He became a regular player as defensive midfielder. In 2002, he moved to Singapore and played for Jurong. He retired end of 2002 season.
Coaching career
After being a player in Kashiwa Reysol, Yoshida became the successor of Nelsinho Baptista for 2015 season. After only one year, he was dismissed and then signed by Albirex Niigata.[2] The adventure in Niigata wasn't so convincing and he parted way with Albirex before the end of the season. For 2017 season, he appointed by Ventforet Kofu, while Satoru Sakuma stayed as GM.[3] However the club finished 17th place in 2017 season and was relegated to J2 League. In 2018 season, the club results were bad and he was sacked in April when the club at the 16th place of 22 clubs.
