Tangutur is a town in Prakasam district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is a mandal headquarters in Ongole revenue division.[1]
Demographics
According to the 2011 Census of India, the total population of Tangutur was 26,278, comprising 13,142 males and 13,136 females. The total area of the town was 3,760 hectares (9,300 acres).
