Stelian Popescu

Stelian Popescu (February 18, 1874 in Lacu Turcului, Prahova County – 8 March 1954 in Madrid, Spain) was a nationalist Romanian journalist.[1]

Minister of Justice in Romania, 1921-1922, 1927-1928. From 1914 to 1943, Popescu was owner/director of Universul.

In 1945, he accused his daughter in law Maria Popesco of trying to murder him.
