Star Utsav Movies[1] (Earlier Star Gold Romance) is an Indian Television channel is owned by Star India. Star India officially launched its free-to-air (FTA) Hindi movie channel Star Utsav Movies on 28 May 2016. The channel, targeted primarily at rural markets, will be initially available exclusively on Doordarshan’s free direct-to-home (DTH) platform Freedish. Star will take a call later on the channel's future distribution strategy.
This channel is only free-to-air in DD Free Dish[2] and other DTH platform is Pay channel ex Dish TV, Airtel digital TV, Reliance Digital TV, Tata Sky, Sun direct, Videocon d2h this channel rate is 5 Cr.
