Sreejita De (born 16 July 1989)[1] is an Indian actress who appears in Bollywood films and television shows.

Early life and background

Sreejita was born In Haldia, West Bengal and brought up there. She did her schooling from St. Xavier's School, Haldia and graduation in Mass Media from Ruia College.

Career

Sreejita debuted on TV with Kasautii Zindagii Kay, playing the role of Gargi Tushar Bajaj. At the same time Ekta Kapoor offered her the role of Aastha in Karam Apna Apna. In 2008, she appeared in the Bollywood film Tashan as Paravati. In the same year, she played the lead role in the soap opera Annu Ki Ho Gayee Waah Bhai Waah as Annu. She also played the lead character of Mukta Vishnu Kashyav in Uttaran as Tapasya's daughter.

She played lead role in Tum Hi Ho Bandhu Sakha Tumhi, which is aired on Zee TV.She played lead role of Aradhya Shamsher Singhv (Lead role) in Piya Rangrezz, which aired on Life Ok.[2] She was seen in the Star Plus show Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai as Kavya.

Apart from that She has done episodic in shows like Savdhan India (Life ok) , Aahaht (sonytv) , Ssh koi hai (Starone), Horror Nights (Starone), Aye Zindagi (Zingtv) ,Mahima Shani Dev ki (NDTVimagine) and Chakradhari Ajay Krishna as Goddess Durga ( Big magic ) .
