Sober Island in Nova Scotia
Sober Island is a community on the Eastern Shore of the Halifax Regional Municipality in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia.[1] The community is situated on Sober Island.[2] There is a large pond in the middle of the island, named Sober Island Pond.[3] The community is about fifteen minutes south of Sheet Harbour. It is connected to the mainland by Sober Island Road. There are no numbered highways on Sober Island.
