Plot

Rajendran(Mukesh) is an attender in Brittoli company of which Managing Director(Vijayaraghavan) is a pompous womanizer. Accountant Appukkuttan Nair(Sreenivasan) is his close friend and trusted advisor.

Rajendran with the help of Appukkuttan pretends to be the manager of Brittoli company so that his love interest Radhika's parents allows their wedding. Appukkuttan convinces the Managing Director that he can have Radhika if he lets Rajendran to be the manager of Brittoli. Managing director Vijayaragavan wants to meet the wife of rajendran at the early to romance her, so arranges a reception. Now apukutan arranges a girl to act as rajendrans wife for the reception. During the reception, rajendran is asked to sing. The same time Vijayaragavan tries to romance the wife of rajendran and tells apukutan to take her to his room. After the party, rajendran and apukutan go back to their home. They tell the broker to collect the girl from the reception area room. The broker comes out of the reception area with the girl in auto but a van rowdies block the auto and kidnaps the girl away. Next day broker come back to apukutan and rajendran for help to find the girl. But both of them tell they paid the amount and their roles are over and the broker should find the girl himself. Now suddenly police comes to Britoli office and takes apukutan to police station. Apukutan tells he don't know of the girls present situation. Now apukutan come back home tells rajendran of police enquiry. Both of them plan to leave the area. But now rajendran mother and radhika, real wife of rajendran, come to their home. Apukutan tries to run away but rajendran locks apukutan in a room. During dinner, rajendran opens the room of apukutan who does not respond when called but runs away from the house once rajendran open the room. One day varma comes in search of his daughter, who is the missing girl. They get the photo taken during reception of rajendran with the girl. Varma threaten rajendran to get the girl within 24hrs. Rajendran finally gets apukutan and they both go for shopping with radhika who was sad of rajendrans different behaviour. At shopping area, the M D comes and sees radhika who is now alone with apukutan after rajendran hides seeing the MD come. The MD asks apukutan of radhika for which apukutan tells vague answers. Now apukutan and rajendran go to the MD house and tells a drama Cleopatra will release showing the Britoli company bad with bad business. Hearing this the MD go with Gundas to Varma area but varma people beats the MD and his people away. Varmas wife come to rajendran house and tells rajendran the girl is not varmas daughter and that varma wanted to make money by making the girl shown to everyone and she will commit suicide if the girl not come alive after marrying rajendran. Rajendran tells he is innocent but the lady leaves crying. Rajendran go to phone varma and scold him. After coming back, rajendran see radhika crying. Radhika tells she went to varma house to see the lady and she know everything of rajendran as a bad person with many wife's. Radhika takes her bag and walk away, rajendran follows her but a van comes and takes away radhika. Rajendran become very sad, go to MD guest house, sees the girl. Now rajendran call varma to come to the present place. Rajendran again tries to again confirm of the girls presence. Now MD comes in front. By this time, varma with his rowdies come and fights with MD, apukutan, rajendran. Fight ends and MD tells the reception night itself the girl told she was not his wife and now he got beating from varmas men as punishment for his deeds. Radhika was also kidnapped by the MD. Radhika appears from the above floor terrace. Radhika go out with apukutan and rajendran. While walking rajendran tells he did all these to marry radhika. Radhika tells it would been better if he didn lie. Film ends with rajendran now in peon dress asking each staff whether coffee banana fry is needed.
