Simmons First National Corporation, using the Simmons Bank nameplate as well as "Bank SNB" and "Southwest Bank", is one of the largest United States financial companies and is based in Arkansas. Simmons has total assets of $15.1 billion with locations in Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas and Tennessee.[1][2] As of 2018, there are approximately 150 branches and ATMs in 94 cities.[3] Simmons' ticker symbol is SFNC, and it trades on NASDAQ.

History
Simmons First Bank was founded by physician Dr. John Franklin Simmons in Pine Bluff, Arkansas in 1903, one of the first in the area to receive a federal bank charter. It was one of the first banks in the state to offer a credit card.[2]
