Simaxis (Italian pronunciation: [siˈmaːʒis]; Sardinian: Simaghis [siˈmaɣis]) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Oristano in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 90 kilometres (56 mi) northwest of Cagliari and about 11 kilometres (7 mi) northeast of Oristano.

Simaxis borders the following municipalities: Ollastra, Oristano, Siamanna, Siapiccia, Solarussa, Zerfaliu.
