Sherwin Stowers (born 19 May 1986) is a New Zealand rugby player. He plays for the Blues Super Rugby side, for whom he has made 11 appearances following his 2011 debut. He also plays for Counties Manukau in the New Zealand Provincial ITM Cup, and played for New Zealand in the Sevens World Series.

Stowers played at the 2010 and 2014 Commonwealth Games.[1][2] He announced his retirement from professional rugby in 2017.[3][4][5]
