Sharikat Naft Al-Basra (Arabic: فريق شركة نفط البصرة, lit. 'Basra Oil Company'), was an Iraqi football team based in Basra. They became Iraq's first ever champions when they won the national championship in its inaugural 1948–49 season.[1] The team no longer exists.
