Seyed Pendar Toufighi (Persian: سید پندار توفیقی, born 10 June 1972 in Gachsaran, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province) is an Iranian businessman and football administrator, who is formerly the secretary of the board and the vice president of the Esteghlal FC. He is also Chairman of PACE Company.[1]

He was elected as a member of the board of the Esteghlal on 10 May 2014. Official website of Esteghlal F.C.[2][3] During his term as vice president of the club, he bought big stars like Vouria Ghafouri from Sepahan F.C., Bakhtiar Rahmani from Tractor, Kaveh Rezaei from Zob Ahan, Pezhman Montazeri, Mojtaba Jabbari, Dariush Shojaeian, Hassan Beyt Saeed, Mehdi Ghaedi , Mame Baba Thiam from Juventus.
