Scott David Durant MBE (born 12 February 1988) is a British rower and gold medallist in the Men's Eight at the 2016 Olympic Summer Games.[1][2] He competed in the 2015 European Rowing Championships in Poznań winning a gold medal. He started his rowing triumph at Lancaster Royal Grammar School (LRGS).

Durant was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 2017 New Year Honours for services to rowing.[3][4]
