Sattam (English: Law) is a 1983 Tamil-language Indian film directed by K. Vijayan and produced by Anandavalli Balaji, starring Kamal Haasan and Sarath Babu in lead roles while Madhavi played the heroine. It is a remake of the Hindi film Dostana (1980).[1] The film was dubbed in Malayalam as Snehabandham.[2]
