Los Angeles Heroes
The San Fernando Valley Eagles was a professional soccer team in Los Angeles, based out of the San Fernando Valley. Owner, John Campbell and Brazilian coach Rildo (Rildo da Costa Menezes) and known players such as; Jordan Older (União São João EC, AA Portuguesa, Paulista FC, FC Wangi, San Diego Gauchos),[1] Steve MacKenzie (Cal State Northridge) , Mike Hammond (Cal State Fullerton), Jorge Vela (Guatemala), Oscar Pizano, ], midfielder Clint Greenwood professional Soccer player who played in the United Kingdom for clubs such as;[2] in 1978,[3] now known as Inter Cardiff[4][5] managed by[6][7] managed by[8] U.S. clubs San Diego Sockers 1991 coached by[9] Clint retired from playing in 1996 with LA Valley Golden Eagles of the[10] Los Angeles Heroes were an American soccer club who played in the United Soccer Leagues from 1993 to 2002. They began life as the San Fernando Valley Golden Ealgles upon joining the league, became the San Fernando Valley Heroes when they were relegated to the Premier Development League in 1999 and were renamed the Los Angeles Heroes for their final season in 2002.
