Sameer Sharma

Samir Sharma is an Indian television actor, noted for playing Nitin in Dil Kya Chahta Hai and Krishna Agarwal in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki.[1]

Early life and career

Samir Sharma hails from Delhi, and shifted to Bangalore after completing his education. He worked for an advertising agency, for an IT company and for Radio City in Bangalore. Later, he shifted to Mumbai to pursue his career in acting. He made his television debut with STAR One's "Dil Kya Chahta Hai" (as Nitin) and following that, "Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki" was offered to him.

On SAB TV, he played Capt. Naveen Singh Ahluwalia in Left Right Left and Mannat (Mannu) in Four. He also portrayed a hockey coach and an aggressive lover in the Veeranwali serial on 9X.[2]

Later, Samir played a negative role as Brijesh in NDTV Imagine's Jyoti. He also landed the lead role opposite Reena Kapoor in Sahara One's longest running show and Rajshri Productions show, Woh Rehne Wali Mehlon ki as a handsome and eligible bachelor Rishabh Johri.

Sharma has also played a supporting role in the 2014 Bollywood film Hasee To Phasee.

Apart from acting, Sameer has also done several ad campaigns and modeling assignments.
